Typical Accountabilities:
• Works within a team to achieve operational delivery within a complex or multidisciplinary production environment
• Ensures raw materials and products meet the product specification and are available to meet the agreed production schedule
• Work closely with engineering and other aligned support services to ensure that line performance and continuous improvement projects are delivered appropriately
• Sets up and runs Line Equipment in accordance with the agreed settings/parameters at each product change over to ensure smooth daily running of the line
• Prioritises correctly - Safety, Health and Environment (protection of AstraZeneca staff), then Good Manufacturing Practice (protection of patient) , finally Order Due Date (Protection of reputation) to balance line challenges and ensure compliance with Site Safety Health and Environment procedures at all times
• Actively participates in and delivers against continuous improvement activities/projects to meet the agreed objectives
• Delivers formal and informal training of less experienced staff and new starters to meet the line and business needs

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Essential: High school education; Foundation level experience in production environment
